Location: Work at home (UK)
Contract: Permanent & full-time – flexibility required
Salary: £31,500
Role Overview
Working as a Quality Assessor for a presigious banking client, the post holder will be expected to complete quality checks and monitoring, provide insight into trends and how to overcome these and present findings in a meaningful and structured way. The successful candidates will ensure that consistency, fairness and high standards in Quality are not only met, but also exceeded.
Competencies & Skills Required
Solid understanding of how Quality can influence achievement of business objectives
Have an excellent command of the English language
Strong motivational skills to develop people’s attitudes and skills
Excellent communication skills to impart knowledge and information
Committed, enthusiastic, positive and resilient
Able to cope in a high-pressure environment
Comfortable with adapting to fast paced change
Advantageous to have experience within financial services

Presentation skills to report statistical information and conduct team briefs
High level of numeracy and literacy
Ability to take on new challenges and ideas
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to undertake statistical analysis

Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to cope under pressure
