Our client, a medical device and consumables company, is expanding its commercial team and seeking an experienced, commercially driven Territory Manager to lead a high-potential region across the South West and South Wales . This is a strong opportunity for a proven medical sales professional to manage a diverse portfolio spanning capital equipment and consumables , supporting key clinical areas such as neurosurgery, ICU, and ENT. Drive medical device sales growth across the South West & South Wales territory Develop new business and identify sales opportunities within NHS and private hospitals Manage and grow existing key accounts, building long-term clinical relationships Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals Collaborate with internal teams on tenders, pricing, and account strategy Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Minimum 4+ years’ experience in medical device sales Strong track record in territory management and account management Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory
