A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to develop and shape a new domiciliary care service. This isn’t a turnaround project, this is your chance to lead a new service and build a thriving domiciliary branch that delivers outstanding care across Bradford.
We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the branch.
Responsibilities:
Lead the CQC registration process.
Grow hours through both local authority and private care packages
Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
Build and develop a high-performing team of both office and care staff.
Establish the branch as a trusted provider within the local community
Develop processes and culture from day one
Play a key role in the long-term success of the business
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality
Requirements:
Previous management experience within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements as well as experience in completing and submitting CQC registration applications
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
Proven ability to grow care hours and develop business
Strong leadership and people management skills
Evidence of growing a domiciliary care service from start up/small base
