Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services (Multi-Home Provider)
Bognor Regis / West Sussex / London
Up to £70,000 + £10,000 bonus + benefits

We are currently working in partnership with an established and highly reputable residential childcare provider that operates multiple homes across Bognor Regis , West Sussex and London .
Due to continued growth, they are urgently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take operational leadership of one of their services.
This is a strong opportunity to join a stable and supportive organisation that is actively investing in its services and leadership teams, with immediate interviews available for suitable candidates.
The Role:
As Registered Manager , you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding are consistently delivered.
You will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, ensuring care plans are effectively implemented and that each young person receives structured, consistent, and outcome-focused support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full operational management of a children’s residential home
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards
- Leading, supervising, and developing the staff team
- Embedding strong safeguarding practices across the service
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and placement stability
- Managing staffing rotas, performance, and operational efficiency
- Building strong working relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation and reporting
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and confident leader within children’s residential care who is ready to take full ownership of a service.
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
- Previous experience in a managerial or Deputy Manager capacity
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a staff team
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
