Requirements
* Active NMC registration
* Previous nursing experience
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Experience using the ATLAS medication management system is essential
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
* Administer and monitor medication safely and accurately
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Use the ATLAS system for medication tracking and management
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, service users, and families
* Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements
