Employment Solicitor / Partner – Remote (UK)

This firm offers one of the most competitive commission structures in the UK legal market, with a transparent and rewarding link between effort and income:
- Retain 75% of billings on work you originate and deliver
- 60% on work you deliver but don’t originate
- 25% for internal referrals

- Dedicated PA and paralegal support (fully funded)
- Marketing, PR, and press support to build your profile
