We are looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Southampton!

Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with the young people in your care.Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.Collaborate effectively as part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
The ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including 7 × 24-hour shifts (09:00-09:30 the following day) with sleep-ins, and enjoy 1 weekend off every 3 weeks.A willingness to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent qualification.A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel purposes.Excellent communication and listening skills.A commitment to learning and personal development.A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).
Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus!
