Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.
Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships.
Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
The ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including 24-hour shifts and sleep-ins.
A willingness to learn and grow, with excellent communication and listening skills.
A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
A relevant qualification (e.g., Residential Childcare Diploma) or a commitment to obtain one.
Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus!
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern on rotation. You will enjoy:
A sleep-in allowance of £64 per night.
1 weekend off every 3 weeks.
