What the role involves:
- Supporting KS3 and KS4 students within lessons and intervention sessions

- Helping pupils improve confidence, organisation and subject understanding
- Working closely with teaching staff to support students of varying academic ability
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a degree from a Russell Group university
- Demonstrate strong academic credentials and communication skills
- Have previous child-centred experience, such as tutoring, mentoring or volunteering
- Show enthusiasm for education and supporting young people
- Be committed to making a positive impact within a Brent secondary school
