As a Sales Assistant  based in Wandsworth you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

• General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders which will involve manual handling of heavy items like boilers, radiators, toilets, sinks etc.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday alternating between 07:30-16:30 and 08.00-17:00. With a Saturday a month, working 8:00am – 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

• Confident communicating with customers.
