Account Manager – Key Distribution Partners Territory: UK & Northern Europe

Our gas detection technologies support safety‐critical applications, including refrigerant leak detection, toxic gas monitoring, combustion safety, and compliance within commercial HVAC environments.
We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with major distribution partners across the UK and Northern Europe.This role is focused on accelerating revenue growth through digital channel optimisation, commercial strategy, and close cross‐functional collaboration—ensuring our product portfolio achieves strong visibility, conversion, and market share within partner platforms.
Deliver revenue, margin, and market share growth across assigned accountsLead commercial strategy including pricing, promotions, and negotiationsPartner with marketing teams to drive demand through campaigns, digital promotions, and distributor platformsOptimise digital performance across product visibility, search ranking, and conversionAnalyse sales and performance data to identify growth opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with category managers, e‐commerce, and procurement stakeholders
5+ years’ experience within distribution, industrial, or electronics environments~ Proven background in key account management or channel sales~ Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation skillsSolid understanding of distribution economics including margin structures, rebates, and inventory managementExperience operating within e‐commerce or digital sales environmentsAnalytical, data‐driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into actionPlay a pivotal role in shaping our EMEA channel growth strategy
