Basic Salary: £28,000 – £39,520

Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a SEN Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.

Support the class team in facilitating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.Report on pupils’ progress and concerns, collaborating with other staff to ensure all needs are met.Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.Build positive relationships with your pupils, driving interaction and fostering positive learning outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Possess a strong educational background at degree level.Have previous successful teaching experience.Bring experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.Are skilled in behavior management techniques.Are committed to professional development and eager to learn.Are willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
