About the Role
We are seeking an SEN Teacher who can deliver high-quality, person-centred teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, social-emotional needs, and moderate learning difficulties. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment.
What Youll Be Doing
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
Using creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence
Tracking and reporting on student progress
Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
What Were Looking For
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN
A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and inclusive practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for helping every pupil reach their full potential
