What you’ll be doing Youll be the commercial engine behind our Beverage Flavours portfolio, responsible for both winning new business and growing strategic accounts. Build a pipeline of high-quality growth projects and defend existing business with confidence. Leverage your deep understanding of beverage trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape. Lead pricing discussions and negotiations, collaborating with commercial finance. Manage sales contracts, forecasts, and KPIs with precision. Youll succeed here if you have Significant experience in the flavour or food ingredients industry, with strong exposure to the Beverages segment. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen a drive for continuous improvement. A working knowledge of food science and beverage formulation (stability, flavour masking, sugar reduction). A passion for food, taste, and teamwork to create great food that consumers love. Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
