Senior Electrician / Operations Lead Job at London Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrician/Operations Lead to join DCI Electrical Services as a key member of our team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who can take the lead on-site, ensure top-quality workmanship, and support in managing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the company owner, acting as a right-hand partner in decision-making, job organisation, and client satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead electrical installation and maintenance projects to the highest industry standards.* Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.* Organise job schedules, materials, and resources for multiple jobs.* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.* Assist in planning, quoting, and overseeing project budgets.* Ensure compliance with BS 7671 wiring regulations, health & safety procedures, and company quality standards.* Act as site decision-maker when the owner is unavailable.

*Requirements*

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Proven track record of delivering quality electrical work.* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.* Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £28,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
