We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrician/Operations Lead to join DCI Electrical Services as a key member of our team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who can take the lead on-site, ensure top-quality workmanship, and support in managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Lead electrical installation and maintenance projects to the highest industry standards. Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Assist in planning, quoting, and overseeing project budgets. Ensure compliance with BS 7671 wiring regulations, health & safety procedures, and company quality standards. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
