The Role
As a Senior Homecare Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting both Service Users and frontline care teams across the Grimsby area.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide hands-on care, respond to emergency situations, mentor colleagues, and help maintain exceptional standards across our services.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality person-centred care to Service Users
Respond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where required
Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers
Carry out competency checks and medication assessments
Support and guide new starters during induction
Build positive relationships with Service Users and their families
Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
Promote independence and connect individuals with community support services
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Liaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and families

About You
We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced within care and confident administering medication
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Calm, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
Organised with strong communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
A supportive team player with leadership potential
In possession of a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
A Level 2 Qualification in Care and supervisory experience are desirable but not essential.
