Job Type: Full-time
A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Backend Software Engineer, to join a London-based team, on a full time basis. You’ll be working in a high impact role on enterprise-level software for an innovative SaaS company based in the UK, looking to grow and enhance their core AI product.
Role: Backend Engineer (Node, TypeScript)
Location: London 2 days/remote 3 days
Salary £90-£100k
Role and responsibilities
- To take ownership of key areas such as multi-user reliability and security. Writing, testing and deploying code that adheres to relevant coding and compliance standards.
- Building scalable APIs, integrations, event-driven systems and monitoring logs.
- Working alongside the Product team and the Senior Management Team to get soar enterprise workflows over the line.
- To be proactive, engaged, and to thrive in a fast moving, high impact role that will adapt and evolve with the growth of the company
Skills
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
- Proficiency with Postgres and GraphQL
- Strong AWS infrastructure and cloud experience
- Experience building enterprise grade, multi-user software is essential.
- A track record in shipping systems that scale to real users
