We work extremely closely with a growing portfolio of fantastic clients on both an exclusive-contingent and recruitment-as-a-service basis and we’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join us as the fourth member of our team. As TalentCo’s Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role of bringing on more fantastic clients across the startup, scale-up and wider tech landscape, while delivery will be owned by our elite GTM & Tech hiring teams. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter to take ultimate ownership of their career, joining an early-stage recruitment business as employee number 4, with an enormous opportunity to influence and impact our continued success. We already have a deep network within the UK startup space from our past-lives in the in-house talent world, and a growing reputation as a trusted agency partner, so you won’t be starting from scratch when it comes to winning new business. ~You’ll see rapid growth in both your career and your earning potential. We have a high-trust and high-autonomy culture, so this role can be based fully-remote or remote-first. Currently we work together in-person in London 1 day a week out of choice, but we’re totally flexible to individual circumstances, so this role is perfect for a top performer who is bored of wasting their time commuting to and from an office. Win & Grow New Clients – Drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand TalentCo’s growing presence in the tech startup and scale-up space. Provide World Class Client Experience – We continue to win a huge amount of repeat business based on our existing clients recommending us to their investors and other founders in their network. You’ve got a few years of agency recruitment experience under your belt, but want to build something amazing in a much smaller environment where the opportunity to impact and earn is enormous. You’re ambitious, an over-achiever and goal-focused, with the drive to make a meaningful impact at an early-stage recruitment startup – you want to put in an outsized effort for an outsized reward.
