We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding care staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing spot checks to ensure high standards of care delivery
- Conducting client reviews and updating care plans
- Completing medication administration sign-off
- Carrying out care calls when required
- Participating in the on-call rota
- Supporting the coordination team; experience in coordinating is preferred
Requirements
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)
- Strong understanding of person-centered care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable
