An established and highly respected business specialising in the design, manufacture, logistics, and nationwide installation of retail signage, display systems, and POS solutions is looking to recruit professional POS Installers to join its growing field team.Working with major high street and blue-chip brands across the UK and Europe, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and professional organisation offering long-term career prospects and consistent work.Full-time, fixed-term contract, agency, and temp-to-perm arrangements will all be considered.Gloucestershire Based | Nationwide & European TravelThe RoleThis is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving nationwide retail installations, shopfitting, and POS display work across a variety of customer sites.You will work independently, within 2-man teams, or alongside larger installation crews to deliver high-quality installations to exact client specifications.The role involves regular travel, working away from home, and occasional night and weekend work.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall POS and retail display systems to client specificationsLoad and unload installation materials safely and accuratelyCarry out site surveys where requiredComplete photographic installation reports and site updatesWork closely with Field Operations and installation teamsEnsure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained professionallyFollow all Health & Safety procedures and company work instructionsAttend mandatory training and project briefingsWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Clean UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)Experience driving long wheelbase commercial vansCSCS Green Labourer Card minimum (Blue Skilled Worker preferred)Strong understanding of Health & Safety on professional working sitesExcellent attention to detail and professional standardsGood communication and English literacy skillsWillingness to work away from home, nights, weekends, and overseasCurrent passportOwn tools suitable for professional installation workDesirable:IPAF LicenceIOSH Managing Safely qualificationTrade background such as woodworking or metalworkingWhat’s on OfferStarting salary £14.50 per hour when perm salary from circa £30,000 with OTE up to £38,500Company vehicle provided when permPremium overtime and night shift ratesStaying away allowance & accommodation arrangedCompany pensionUniform providedOngoing professional in-house trainingStable workload with long-term career opportunitiesOpportunity to work within a professional and supportive environmentWorking Hours39 hours basic per weekMonday to FridayDay and night shiftsWeekend and overtime work availableIf you have a strong technical ability, a great work ethic, and pride in delivering high-quality work, we would love to hear from you.PS4
