You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers.
With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
What you’ll be doing: Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays We’re happy to explore flexible working options.

You will ideally have knowledge of the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) industry
– but if you are confident leading a team , have a passion for design and bringing customer’s ideas to life and enjoy building relationships we will support you all the way.
