Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients and their families.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide counseling and support to clients in coping with various life challenges.
• Advocate for clients’ access to community resources and services.
• Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation as required by law and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers, to ensure integrated care for clients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Social Worker.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a social work setting.
• Strong knowledge of community resources and support services available to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices in the field of social work.

Hours Per Week:
36.00 Start Time: 09:00 End Time: 17:00 Pay Per Hour: £18.85
