We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing UK Inbound DMC for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to focus on the Spanish-speaking groups markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional with strong B2B relationships across Spain and wider Spanish-speaking regions, promoting and selling group travel programmes to the UK & Ireland. London Hybrid • Remote – Barcelona • Remote – Madrid Business Development Manager / Account Manager Role: • Develop and grow B2B partnerships with travel agents and tour operators across Spanish-speaking markets • Promote UK & Ireland group travel programmes • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities • Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings • Business Development Manager / Account Manager Experience : • Previous experience within UK Inbound Groups, DMC, or Group Travel sales essential • Strong existing contacts with B2B agents/tour operators in Spanish-speaking regions • Fluent Spanish and English • Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills • If you have an established network within the Spanish-speaking travel trade and a passion for growing inbound group business to the UK & Ireland, we would love to hear from you.
