Gloucestershire Royal Hospital Full-time – 40 hours per week / £30,000 per annum

Are you a passionate, hands-on leader ready to take ownership of your own store? We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our Tower Deli—a welcoming, fast-paced retail café at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

This is a brilliant opportunity to run a small but busy store featuring a Proud to Serve Costa coffee offer alongside a fresh range of hot and cold food, sandwiches, and grab-and-go options. What you’ll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient service
• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Deliver an excellent coffee and food experience, maintaining Costa and food quality standards
• Ensure the store is always clean, safe, and compliant with food hygiene and health & safety
• Manage stock, ordering, and waste control to keep the offer fresh and profitable
• Drive sales by keeping products well-presented and available at all times
• Handle customer feedback and resolve queries to ensure a positive experience for every visitor
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and team engagement

• A hands-on leader with experience in retail, hospitality, or food service
• Someone who loves working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• A natural motivator who can bring out the best in a small team
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and standards
• Confidence with stock control, compliance, and day-to-day operational management
