Supporting the whole UK business, the role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operational insight to support strategic and commercial decision-making.This role is a blend of monthly management accounting, business partnering with non-finance and utilising Excel and Power BI to drive better insight and performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecastsProvide clear financial insight, analysis, and decision support to the SLTAct as a trusted finance business partner to operational and functional leadersAccurate reporting of month end performance (including posting of journals ensuring accounting policies are being followed)Conduct detailed financial analysis and cost deep-dives to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvementsSupport the Senior FP&A Manager, collaborating closely with Group Finance teams, including global stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycles.Support operational performance optimisation through forward-looking financial analysis and strategic business partnering.Support the Senior FP&A Manager to continuously improve Opex reporting within Power BI, partnering with IT teams to maintain robust, accurate, and relevant reporting solutionsFP&A accrual balance sheet reconciliationThe Ideal Candidate:Finalist or Newly Qualified Accountant with solid month end experienceStrong problem-solving skills and a commercially curious mindsetBusiness partnering experience with non-Finance stakeholders and a confident communicatorStrong Excel skills – confident in manipulating data, pivot tables and formulasWhat they Offer:£55,000 – £60,00010% BonusPrivate medical and 5% matched pensionStable and collaborative culture with excellent learning opportunityHybrid working (1/2 days in, 3 remote)How to Apply:We want to hear from you if you’re excited about this opportunity and believe you have what it takes to excel in this role.
