We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant, who would be responsible for line managing a team of admin staff, who, liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange and provide a range of specialist and general clerical tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the direct line management of a team and will deliver a diverse range of services including:

planning, monitoring, and controlling workflow

running statistical reports for analysis

liaising with managers to provide an effective support to ensure timescales and deadlines are met

Within this role, you will require excellent communication skills and be able to build positive working relationships with admin and operational staff and managers. You will be required to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate work effectively. You should be flexible in your approach, to meet the demands of the post.
