Role Description
This is a temporary, remote role based in the UK for educators interested in participating in an early-stage AI assessment pilot programme.
Participants will use Smartail’s AI-supported marking tools within real or simulated marking workflows and provide structured feedback to help refine the product before wider rollout.
The focus of the programme is to better understand:
- Real marking workflows
- Time-saving impact
- Trust and accuracy concerns
- Teacher expectations around AI-supported assessment
Qualifications
- Background in education, teaching, EdTech, or school-facing environments preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with teachers and education professionals
- Interest in AI and technology in education
- Ability to gather feedback and communicate insights clearly
- Organised and adaptable in an early-stage environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities, Business, or related field preferred
