- Experience working with children in an education or specialist support setting
- Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Confident supporting learning in both structured and flexible environments
- Committed to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, and continuous professional development
About The Role
You will work closely with class teachers to support learning, progress, and engagement, particularly for pupils with additional needs.
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including SEND provision
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning objectives
- Promote independence, positive behaviour, and pupil engagement
- Assist with preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation
- Contribute to a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Term time only
