Job Title: UK Sales Director – Sustainable Food Packaging
Salary: £70k to £100k per annum (depending on experience), OTE £120k
Our client is one of Germany’s largest producers of sustainable food packaging, trusted by retailers and food brands. With an established UK presence generating £10 million in annual sales – and rising fast – they are now seeking a visionary UK Sales Director to spearhead the next phase of expansion.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing the UK sales strategy to deliver ambitious growth targets.
- Expanding market share by strengthening relationships with national retailers, food producers, and distribution partners.
- Leading and mentoring a high‐performing sales team as the UK presence scales.
- Acting as the face of the business in the UK, representing the brand at senior level and in industry forums.

- A proven sales leader with a track record in sustainable packaging solutions
- Strong relationships with key UK retail and food industry buyers.
- Commercially astute, strategically minded, and entrepreneurial in approach.
- Passion for sustainability and driving positive change in the packaging sector.
