Our Technicians play a crucial role and you could be working in our well established aftersales department, alongside an existing team of dedicated & knowledgeable staff.

*Job Responsibilities include:*

* Carry out new car sales PDI and used car sales preparation* Carry out vehicle servicing to approved manufacturer standard* Carry out diagnosis and undertake a wide range of repair work* Analyse work orders to understand the accuracy of the diagnosis, and the work agreed* Ensure effective use of your knowledge and skills to maximise efficiency & economy* Communicate issues to the Service Manager to deliver excellence in customer service* Build long lasting and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues* Actively support company policy and best practice

*Key Experience and Skills include:*

* A strong understanding of automotive systems and functionalities* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team* Demonstrate an honest and diligent approach to work* Be self-motivated, systematic and organised* Pay attention to high standards and the finer details* Stay calm and work well under pressure* Have a flexible approach to time-keeping when completing jobs* Relish and rise to the challenge of both work and personal targets
