As our Company Administrator, you are the glue that holds everything together. From coordinating schedules to maintaining clear lines of communication, your role is all about supporting people and processes. Youâll be the first point of contact for client communications, the organiser of information, and the backbone of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record, format, and distribute meeting minutes promptly and accurately.
Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain and update records across platforms, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
Support cross-functional projects, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
Provide administrative assistance across departments, handling scheduling, document preparation, and information management.
Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems to streamline processes.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: R7,500 per month (depending on experience)
40 days of paid leave per year

Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in an administrative or operations support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Highly organised and dependable, with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset
Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
