✨ What You’ll Be Doing ✨
🎯 Deliver Dynamic Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
📝 Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
📚 Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
🤝 Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
📊 Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
🤩 Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
🚀 Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
✅ What You Need To Bring To The Table ✅
✔ A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
✔ A passion for helping people succeed
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
✔ Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
💡 Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)
💰 Salary & Hours
Our opening hours are: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 2:30pm
