As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of a specialist team working in a high‑performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C.
Your safety and comfort come first, and we provide full thermal protective gear to keep you warm throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For
Available Day Roles (You will work 4 shifts in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)
Shift Options:
Daytime: 4:30 am – 2:30 pm
Nighttime: 6:35 pm – 4:35 am
Trade Roster – Receive your work roster a week in advance and be rewarded for your flexibility. You could earn up to £100 extra per month and be eligible for priority overtime.
Core Roster – Plan your work life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern. 6-13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan with your family and friends.
Pay & Premiums
Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown — freezer premium added separately)
Freezer premium + £1.00 per hour
Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am – 6 am).
Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
