Join our Team as a Warehouse Operative at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)
Salary: Up to £26,800 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Aldershot

Your Role:
• You will be responsible for the receipt, checking, recording, storage, and issuing of stock within the stores environment.
• You will be issuing clothing, equipment, and materials in line with entitlement scales and Ministry of Defence dress regulations.
• You will be conducting kitting and de-kitting activities for military personnel and Ministry of Defence civilians.
• You will be carrying out stock control activities, including programmed stock checks using inventory systems.
• You will be providing operational cover at the fuel point, ensuring safe handling and control of fuel in line with site procedures.
• You are maintaining high standards of housekeeping, customer service, and compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications: You will have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance and meet the essential standards needed to work within a secure stores environment.
• Experience: You will have experience or working knowledge of warehouse or stores operations, stock control, inventory management principles, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Skills: You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic information technology literacy, a high level of organisation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
