Overview:

The Best Connection are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves handling lighting, cables, and equipment used for film sets and production work. The ideal candidate will have strong timekeeping skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment
Prepare, organise, and maintain lighting and cable inventory for film and production crews
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and in working order (may involve dusty environments)
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours depending on workflow
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not essentialWorking Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
Opportunity for weekends and overtime
