Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives
The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (plus below premiums)
1.5x for Overtime
1.25x for Saturdays
1.5x for Sundays
23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)
Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities
Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers
Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles
Rotate stock and check date codes
Follow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments
Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go
Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards
Replenish materials and support team training
Communicate effectively across departments
Carry out additional duties as required

Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
Strong team player who can also work independently
