Location: Tamworth
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 17:00

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy business within the warehouse and distribution industry in Tamworth. This Warehouse Operative role involves supporting warehouse operations for a company supplying parts for mobile-phone towers.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a reliable Warehouse Operative looking to work within the warehouse and distribution industry, assisting with stock handling, organisation, and warehouse maintenance.

Job Role – Warehouse Operative (Warehouse & Distribution Industry)

As a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth, you will be responsible for unpacking, organising, and redistributing stock within the warehouse, ensuring products are correctly processed and stored within the warehouse and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpacking incoming stock deliveries
• Scanning and tagging products
• Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations
• Manual lifting and handling duties
• General warehouse tasks
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Requirements

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a busy warehouse environment
• Willingness to carry out physical work
• DBS check required for this position
