Bespak is looking to recruit Warehouse Operators to join our team at our Holmes Chapel site (CW4 8BE). This is an initial 6-month temporary contract, offering an annual salary of £34,199 plus 33% shift allowance.
Working Pattern: Night shifts – Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring all warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time, supporting both production requirements and customer demands. Your responsibilities will include goods receipt, general warehouse operations, and dispatch, all carried out in line with established procedures and safety standards. You will operate material handling equipment, perform inventory counts, and maintain accurate documentation. In addition, you will undertake ancillary duties such as site transport and routine equipment checks, while actively contributing to a safe, well-organised working environment. You will be expected to work in accordance with ethical standards and promptly report any safety, quality, or procedural concerns.
As a Warehouse Operator, your duties will include:
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching outgoing orders.
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
- Performing routine checks on equipment and facilities.
- Delivering parcels across site using a company vehicle.
Warehouse Operator, beneficial key skills and experience:
- Good working level of Maths and English.
- Warehouse Experience (Receipt, Picking, Packing, Cycle counting)
- FLT (VNA a plus)
- SOP Experience
- GMP /High quality environment Experience

Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport. The National Parks of the Peak District, Lake District and Eryri (Snowdonia) are within easy reach. The village has a population of nearly 7,000 and offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, and a GP practice.
This could suit someone who has experience as a Senior Laboratory Instrument Specialist, Lead QC Equipment Engineer, Senior Lab Equipment Technician or Quality Control Instrument Analyst.
