Job Details: * Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM, including US and UK Payroll * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with business and technical teams. * Serve as the primary point of contact between payroll operations, HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors on all Workday-related initiatives. * Manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, issue resolution, and consistent communication to senior stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively, and implementing corrective actions when needed. * Programme governance setup and management * Programme comms where appropriate #J-18808-Ljbffr
