Rate: Up to £450/day
Contract: 2-month initial (likely extension to 6 months due to a large product backlog)

Overview

A wealth management client is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer with strong full-stack capabilities and direct experience working with securities, funds, or broader investment/asset management systems. Broader FS/Wealth Management experience is also fine.

Youll be rebuilding an existing funds management and reconciliation system, currently in MS Access, and migrating/re-engineering it into a robust Mendix application as part of a fixed-term transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of a Mendix-based funds management & reconciliation platform

• Translate the existing MS Access solution into scalable Mendix modules

• Work closely with SMEs from wealth/asset management

• Implement data flows, validation, reconciliation logic, and reporting

• Ensure best practices in Mendix architecture, security, and performance

• Contribute to ongoing backlog items (likely extension to 6+ months)

Required Experience

• Senior-level Mendix developer (Advanced cert ideal)

• Proven full-stack Mendix development capabilities

• Experience working with securities, funds, asset/wealth management, or financial products

• Background in building transactional or reconciliation systems

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced transformation project.
