Full job description
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious IT Executive to join our growing technology team.
This isn’t a typical support role — you’ll be working in a fast-paced call centre environment supporting 300+ users, with exposure to infrastructure, networking, security, and projects.
What you’ll do
- Provide first-line IT support and resolve incidents
- Manage user access (starters, leavers, movers)
- Support network, server, and firewall environments
- Assist with patching, monitoring, and system improvements
- Contribute to ISO27001 / PCI DSS compliance
- Get involved in automation and technology improvements
Technical Environment (Desirable)
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Virtualisation platforms (e.g. Hyper-V)
- Network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, switching, firewalls)
- Endpoint and patch management solutions
- Basic database environments (e.g. SQL)
What we’re looking for
- Strong IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems and networking basics
- Proactive mindset — not just fixing issues, but improving them
- Interest in developing into infrastructure/security/project work
