Project Accountant (IFRS 15) | 3-Month Contract
Melksham (4 days onsite initially, reducing to 3)
£50,000 – £55,000 (pro rata) | ASAP Start
Robert Half are working with a Wiltshire-based business to recruit an experienced Project Accountant for an initial 3-month contract.
This role will be key in supporting a finance project, with a focus on IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and project reporting within a complex ERP environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Apply IFRS 15 for accurate revenue recognition
- Analyse project revenue, costs, and margins
- Deliver detailed variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast)
- Support month-end and financial reporting
- Partner with project and finance teams to improve controls
- Work with large ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
Key requirements:
- Proven Project Accountant experience
- Strong IFRS 15 and revenue recognition knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Qualified, part-qualified or QBE (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
