Client Team Manager – Coventry
£40,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking and growing accountancy firm in Coventry that’s looking to appoint a Client Team Manager to support their continued expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional ready to step into a leadership role, managing a team while maintaining a hands-on approach with clients.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver high-quality work
- Allocating work, managing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Reviewing work to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards
- Supporting budgeting, job profitability, and performance tracking
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s, appraisals, and coaching team members
- Getting involved in client work where required
About You
- ACA / ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience within an accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax
- Confident managing client relationships and leading meetings
- Previous mentoring or team leadership experience
- Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
