This is an opportunity to contribute to a brand with a clear identity, strong momentum and a bold ambition to reimagine contemporary luxury on an international stage.THE ROLEWorking from our Edinburgh retail locations on Victoria Street & Multrees Walk, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry’s growing retail presence.Please note: We are recruiting for two part-time, permanent positions based in Edinburgh with 12 and 16-hour contracts available. There is some flexibility around exact working pattern, working on a rotating shift pattern over a 7-day week. There may also on occasion be the opportunity for overtime when required. Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is essential.To apply please submit your CV by Wednesday 10th June, outlining your relevant skills and experience and interest in this position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDelivering exceptional customer experience.Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.POS transaction processing.Helping with visual displays within the store.Management of POS stock control and assisting on stocktakes, when required.Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.Meeting individual and team sales goals.Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.Working with colleagues to monitor store security.Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.Providing customer service support using the Endear system.Providing general administrative support when and where necessary.WHAT WE OFFERCommissionEmployer pension schemeABOUT YOUTo be a star candidate for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment (essential).Flexible availability in relation to rotating shift patterns and hours.
