– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
– Generate new leads by targeting potential clients within your designated territory
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business
– Manage your own pipeline, diary and KPIs to achieve sales targets
– Work with internal teams to develop tailored waste management solutions for clients
– Stay up to date with industry regulations, environmental policies, and innovations What are we looking for?
– Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
– Ideally, experience within the waste management or environmental services sector
– Strong understanding of recycling, sustainability and waste management practices
– Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
– Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Full UK driving licence
