Payroll Assistant | Competitive | Full-time | Permanent | London
A leading educational foundation is seeking an experienced Payroll assistant to join its established HR & Payroll function. This is a key role supporting the payroll team in delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality payroll services across multiple payrolls, while assisting the Payroll Manager and working across 2 monthly payrolls with 1000 staff.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, professional environment where accuracy, integrity and strong stakeholder relationships are essential.
The Role
You will play a central part in ensuring the smooth running of monthly payrolls and benefits administration across the organisation. Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you be involved in processing multi-sited payrolls, while supporting wider payroll operations and statutory reporting.

About You
You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in Payroll Administration and possess strong technical knowledge within payroll, excellent excel skills, confidence processing manual calculations and excellent attention to detail.
