Finance Analyst

Leeds | Hybrid Working (3 Days Onsite)

£30,000 – £40,000 + Study Support + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a well-established business based in Leeds. Working as part of a high-performing finance team, you will play a key role in delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting decision-making, and helping drive business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA who is looking to take the next step in their finance career within a business that actively invests in employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce financial reports, analysis, and performance commentary.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support month-end processes and management reporting.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements and ongoing finance projects.

About You:

• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Previous experience within an analytical finance role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and keen to develop professionally.
