Working within a small team based in Central Leeds and reporting to the head of finance you will work as part of a small finance team with the focus being to provide Credit Control and finance admin support to the finance team and other areas of the business if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Control responsibilities – chasing debt / PO numbers & payment
- Updating credit notes & general system usage
- Cash posting
- Coding remittances
- Setting up debtor accounts
- Setting up job numbers
- Debtor meetings with property management team
- Capturing AP invoices
- Confirming back details for solicitor payments
Requirements:
- General previous Credit Control experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communicator both verbally and written correspondence
- Good general IT skills including good working knowledge of Excel
- Confident approach to their work
- Good team player
- Able to adapt to change and have a flexible approach to work in general.
