Finance Business Partner | Leicester | Hybrid Working

I’m currently recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner opportunity with a successful and growing business based in Leicester. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Operations, helping shape decisions through financial insight, challenge and commercial support.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving performance, supporting strategic planning and helping the business achieve its commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Central Functions

• Provide financial insight, analysis and challenge to support decision-making

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

• Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities

• Develop meaningful reporting and performance measures

• Support strategic projects, business initiatives and investment decisions

• Drive continuous improvement and commercial performance across the business

• Manage and develop an Assistant Management Accountant

About you:

We’re keen to speak with ACCA or CIMA part-qualified and qualified finance professionals who enjoy working beyond the numbers and partnering with the wider business to drive performance.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Management Accounting role

• Strong analytical and commercial skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• The confidence to challenge, influence and support decision-making

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
